Our Service provides tools for poker rooms to manage events and connect with users. We facilitate offline interactions between users and rooms but do not host, promote, or conduct online gambling activities.

Poker Room Central offers:

• A mobile application ("App") and a website ("Site") that connect users with poker rooms.
• Tools for poker rooms to promote tournaments, manage player registration, and share updates.
• Social features, such as following other users and receiving notifications.
• User Notifications: When a user joins a game or a waiting list in a poker room, the software will notify other users within the same poker room, enhancing communication and transparency among participants.

Our platform facilitates connections but does not mediate or guarantee transactions or relationships between users and poker rooms.

To use the full functionality of the Service, you must create an account ("User Account"). By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and meet the minimum legal age for poker-related activities in your jurisdiction.
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account without your permission.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us, Or going to your user profile and deleting it your self.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Certain provisions, such as those related to liability and intellectual property, will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For disputes arising under these Terms:

1. You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at PokerRoomCentral@yahoo.com.
2. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
3. Any arbitration or legal proceedings will take place in Ashtabula, Ohio.

Poker Room Central is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or other force majeure events.
